Hard to sum up these guys. I guess it's Lightning Bolt, if Lightning Bolt were kinda dorky 20 year olds, and not as fast. That description makes them sound retarded. Basically this recording is an anomaly. The dudes know what they're doing, but are pretty goofy sometimes; everything is super tight but completely improvised. basically the rhythm section of my old band TRANSIENT ORCA POD meaning they got rid of the aspects of the band that made it so fucked-up and incomprehensible. i think i have some of their older stuff...really annoying sound collage. we'll see.
This is the first edition of the FEAST recordings that I'm putting up. Some Transient Orca Pod, along wth an explanation of the whole thing, comes shortly.
